Did you ever stop to think about what you truly want in your life? What would your life be like if you could start realizing your desires? If you want to start experiencing what life has to offer then the following information may resonate with you.

Our inner mind, or subconscious mind, is our greatest ally. We rarely give it the ability to perform at a higher level because we are so consumed with the day’s activity and we react to life but never take time to focus on what is important. If this sounds familiar to you but you have never taken action well now is your time.

Stop for a minute and answer this question. What do you truly desire in your life? If you are like most, your response may be financial freedom, contentment or happiness. My next question is How much time do you dedicate per day towards your ultimate desire? If you said none, well then I suggest that you allow yourself the ability to get on the fast track and give your inner mind a chance to perform. Here is something to ponder.

Change the reality of the desires of your inner mind.
Change the reality of the desires of your inner mind.
Change the reality of the desires of your inner mind.

Write down your ultimate desire on an 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of paper or larger. On another sheet of paper write down the top 3 things you can do to work towards that goal. One other recommendation is to draw a picture next to your ultimate desire or cut and paste from an existing image. Take a minimum of 1-2minutes to day and read aloud what you have written down and let your greatest ally ignite. You will start to experience positive energy towards that goal immediately.

When you attend the “Achieve Your Goals” workshop you will see how the power of your inner mind can create a lifelong habit of achieving personal goals. Once you have completed the workshop, I guarantee that you will experience success in your life.

Did you know that only 20% of people in business set goals? Take a guess what percentage of people actually achieve their goals? If you guessed much less you are correct. The total percentage of people that achieve goals is less than 6%. What does that mean for you. If you are one of the 6%, you are an exception. If you are not yet (but start today), you dramatically increase your odds for success.

The challenges in setting and achieving a goal are many. Here are the top reasons:

Fear of success and/or failure
Lack of knowledge about it
Lack of commitment to the goal
Inactivity
Analysis paralysis
Lack of a real destination
Failure to plan
Having too many goals
Feeling unworthy of the end result
Lack of motivation to change
Boring, no fun, mundane

Which one do you associate with the most? For me, goal setting was never fun. For others, it is every one of these reasons. Whatever your reason is, it is either an excuse or a lack of knowledge. Not knowing how to properly set and achieve goals limits our desire or interest. Without either of these, the chance of getting started is slim.

If you are ready to make a change in your life and start seeing success in multiple areas of your life then you must attend the “Achieve your Goals” workshop. In this workshop you will see what it takes to properly set and achieve a S.M.A.R.T. goal. You will see how your power of visualization can make the process more enjoyable and allow your creative mechanism (subconscious mind) to get you focused and motivated.

Did you ever walk into your doctor’s office and want to know what he/she can prescribe to get us better quick? Did you ever have a problem with your PC and call technical support to attend to you immediately? In life and in business everyone is looking for that quick fix or immediate solution to their problem. However we miss something really important along the way when we take the magic pill or have someone else rectify our problem. That something is called “Enjoying the Journey to Success”.

Think of it this way. Do you think Thomas Edison would have figured out 12,000 ways that a light bulb does not work if someone handed him a light bub and showed him how they did it? Or do you think that Walt Disney could have grown a successful empire if it was handed to him and did not have to struggle through multiple setbacks for years trying to create it? The answer is no. I can guarantee you that they and many other successful entrepreneurs learned immensely from their journey to success. In retrospect they may have changed things along the way but the knowledge they gained about business and themselves was irreplaceable. The moral of this story is two fold. First, there is no magic pill and secondly if you truly want something then you are going to have work for it. Probably not what you want to hear I’m sure, however here are some tips to launch your great idea and create your empire.

1) Create a vision – Imagine in your mind what you really want? What does it feel like, how does it make you feel and most importantly what does it look like? Picture yourself doing what you truly want from your vision and then map it, see it and achieve it.

2) Get a Sense of Direction – The only way to get to an unknown destination is by looking at a map. Map out where you want to go and how you will get there. Creating a Mind Map is a great solution for this. Reviewing your map daily reinforces what you want and allow you to get there faster and with less obstacles.

3) Associate with success - Anyone who is interested in achieving success needs to associate with successful people and act as if they are already successful (success breeds success). Creating your road to success starts by telling yourself that you are already successful. Repeating positive affirmations on a daily basis is a great way to do this. Erase the preexisting negative tapes in your subconscious mind and replace it with positive information. Tell yourself you are successful before you feel it or achieve it.

4) Self Educate – I remember a phrase I heard 15 years ago that still resonates with me. “A formal education will earn you a job; self education will earn you millions”. If you are going to separate yourself from your competition, you need to be knowledgeable. Allot a minimum time per week to learn more about yourself, your product, your customer, your industry or whatever else is important in pursuing your passion and become an expert. Knowledge truly is power.

5) 30 second drill – If you have 30 seconds to impress a prospect you better have a message that is going to catch your attention. Yes your attention. If the message you send is not compelling to you first then a prospect is not going to be impressed either. Create it, practice it, refine it and test it. Once it sounds compelling to you, then go out and practice it on as many people as you can. If people are saying tell me more after you pitch them, you are on the right track.

This is the short list of what it takes to be successful, but it will give you satisfaction and motivation in knowing that you are starting your journey with direction and purpose. Another recommendation is to find a mentor or a coach that will be your sounding board or advocate to keeping you disciplined and motivated along the way. The desire to quit will arise frequently so you must be focused and passionate about what you are pursuing. Losers quit, winners fail. Quitting is the last step in pursuing your dreams, failure is the first step.

Enjoy your journey to success.

What will 2010 have in store for you? Is it another year of the same or are you going to commit to personal growth and new experiences? I know that I am committed to seeing more positive change in my life and I am absolutely certain that 2010 will be a year predicated on success.

You may ask the question “what does success mean”?. Success to you may have a completely different meaning than to someone else. The only thing that matters is that you are focused on your own success and have a clear “Sense of Direction” on how to get there. Lacking a “Sense of Direction” in life is similar to driving to an unknown destination without a physical or electronic map. Getting there would be a real challenge.

Creating your “Sense of Direction” literally does involve seeing and reviewing your map, your Mind Map. You can create a Mind Map that will show you exactly where you are going, how you will get there and when you will arrive. If you stray off course a bit in the process that is expected, however taking the time to create your map is what makes the difference. It allows you to arrive at your destination on time or even ahead of schedule.

Invest time in creating your “Sense of Direction” for next year and allow yourself the ability to make 2010 your best year ever. If you are serious about creating a positive change in your life and need help in creating your own “Sense of Direction” attend the “Achieve Your Goals” workshop. The next scheduled date in Buffalo, NY is on January 26th at the Saturn Club on Delaware Avenue from 8am-10am.

Have you ever been involved in a team where you were not on the first team but rather someone who spent the majority of time “riding the pine”? If this sounds familiar do you recall what it was like upon entering the game? If you are like most people that have been in that situation your nerves kicked into overdrive when your number was called. If you were fortunate (or unfortunate) enough to handle the ball or get involved, your ability to perform was impeded by your lack of preparation or nervousness. How does this relate to an experience you may have had in the business world?

In business and in life preparation is the key to success. Think of someone you know that constantly performs at a high level and makes it look easy. You probably wonder how they do it or what their secret is. The answer is they are prepared better than their competition just like sports teams that are the best in their field, they are well prepared for the game or the situation due to proper preparation. How can you become one of those performers?

One way is to hire a coach. The benefits of hiring a coach are plentiful but one of the most appealing reasons is that you can see results in a short amount of time. The challenge is finding a coach that is working with your best interest, not someone who is interested in taking your money. Here is what you need to learn prior to engaging with a personal coach:

Credentials - What is their experience and what qualifies them to be a coach.

Clients – Who are they currently working with and can they provide true success stories.

Processes – How does their process work? How often will you will meet or speak with them and how will they document your success.

Roadmap to Success – What are you looking to achieve and how are they going to get you there. What tools do they use to ensure that you understand their process and how will that be shared and communicated with you.

If you are interested in changing your game and becoming a first string player please contact us to get started with your personal success coach. We guarantee that you will see tangible results in less than 30 days.

What separates someone who is very successful versus someone who is not? The answer is very little. It may appear, on the outside that the difference is monumental, but the real difference starts between their ears. The “mental program” that a successful person has in place is where the true difference lies. That successful program resides in their subconscious mind.

Think of it this way. When a software programmer writes code to a new program they do not always get it right the first time. You may have heard about a program having a “bug” or “software bug” and some of the code needs to be rewritten. When a program has this bug it does not function properly and has to be modified in order to work efficiently and without errors. The subconscious mind is much the same way. If you feed it negative information or write a bad program each day, the output you receive is not going to yield the results you want and you may have to go back and rewrite it. On the other hand if you are constantly feeding your subconscious mind with positive information it will run much more efficiently and yield a successful output. While success has a different meaning to different people, there is no arguing that you cannot achieve it without a well written code.

Your subconscious mind is like a giant storage tank. It holds 83% of our thinking power and outweighs our conscious mind 10,000,000:1. It is the driving force behind almost everything you do each day. It gets us to work, it is our internal and external communication tool, it shapes our personality and it allows us to be successful or unsuccessful. The most important thing to remember is that it does whatever you tell it to do and it is open 24 hours a day every day. It never stops. If you program this powerful engine with a well written code it will yield successful results. It really is that simple.

Are you achieving success in your life today? Does your mental program need to be rewritten? Do bugs exist? If so, then you need to make a change today. If you truly want to learn how to rewrite your success code attend the “Achieve Your Goals” workshop and see how making small changes can create a dramatic positive change in your life today.

Welcome to the blog of one of the most innovative seminars in the world today.

My name is Greg Liberto and I am the visual guy behind the scenes. I have developed a seminar that incorporates your power of vision and two concepts called 1) a SMART goal and 2) Mind Mapping. If you are not familiar with either, here is a brief description.

A S.M.A.R.T. goal is one that is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time Sensitive. A SMART goal differs from other types of goals because it is more specific and quantifiable than other types of goals. An example of a typical goal would be to improve your ability to play a song on your guitar. A SMART goal would be to “learn the exact chords to “Let it Be” by December 31, 2009 at 12am.

A Mind Map is a visual road map that can be used for virtually anything in your life. It is a “is a visual expression of how we think“ and allows us to use color and imagery to mirror our thought process in a natural and free flowing manner.

The program I have developed is entitled “Achieve Your Goals” and is allowing people to make a dramatic positive change in their life. Conceptualized and started in 2009, it is currently offered in Upstate New York and Northwest PA.

Stay tuned for more information about this program and how you can use your power of visualization to create a positive change in your life.
